Deposit: 30% of the booking value

• The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not paid or the credit card is not received within 5 days of the request, the reservation is no longer valid and will be cancelled. Reception will then be available to re-check availability to proceed with a new reservation, if still possible. Sometimes, it may be granted by the reception, for last minute bookings, to communicate by telephone a credit card as guarantee, in place of the deposit, which would only be charged in case of cancellation.
• The reservation is binding, i.e. it guarantees the room/pitch area for the requested period, but in the event of cancellation the deposit is not returned, it can however be recovered in the form of a voucher, if certain requirements are met
• We guarantee the possibility of recovering the deposit, even with only 7 days' notice. Notice of cancellation must be given in any case by e-mail or via WhatsApp, in writing. No money will be refunded, but a voucher to the value of the entire deposit, with a serial number, will be sent following the cancellation request and at the same time as the cancellation of the first booking, which can be used for a subsequent booking, reserving a stay of the same value as the previous one or higher. The voucher is valid for one year and subsequent bookings will be subject to the booking rules in force in the chosen period.
• If the accommodation or pitch is occupied on the day stipulated in the booking, there is no discount for early departure.
• In the event of non-arrival or cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, payment of the entire stay booked will be required.
• The balance is paid in the reception office, by credit card, cash or urgent, advance bank transfer, of which a receipt can be given before departure.
